It is impossible to be a photographer of interiors without offering 360 degree virtual tours. They are simply the ultimate way to show the interior of any space and a must for high end web promotions. My 360s are full 360 degrees and do not have any logos (which really hide the tripod) or bright white windows where there should be a view.
Virtual tours are proving to wirk in the real estate and travel sectors. A recent study from George Washington University concludes “... adding a virtual tour decreases the expected marketing time by about 20 percent and increases the expected sales price by about 2 percent.”
